贪污，一直是中国政治与经济的一大死穴，近年来虽然政府大力肃贪，但情况却没有显着的改善。相反，香港自七十年代成立廉政公署后，社会上的贪污风气受到遏止，并一直成为全球最廉洁的地方之一。

　　The Road to Cleanup

　　Corruption has been a black mark that spotted China’s politics and economy. Though the government has paid great efforts in its cleanup campaign in recent years, not much progress seems to be done. While for Hong Kong, since Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) was established in the 70’s, malversation in the community was well controlled, hence making it the cleanest place in the world.
