日本料理讲究原料新鲜、切法有型、盛装有规,色彩更是不可忽视的一环,以追求完美的态度,让人从味觉到视觉都得到满足。
日本人是吃鱼的民族。日本的捕鱼量居世界第一位,但是仍要从国外大量进口鱼类,每人一年平均吃鱼一百多公斤。
Japanese food is always fresh, well-shaped, well-displayed, and of course very colorful. There is only one word to describe: Perfect!
Japanese like fishes. Their fishery amount is no. 1 in the world, but they still import fishes from other countries. Each Japanese in average consumes more than 100kg fishes every year.
寿司的历史 History of Sushi
「寿司」有「酸腌制的食物」之意,即以盐、醋、米及鱼腌制而成的食品。早在公元200年,即后汉年代,中国已开始流传「寿司」。公元700年,即日本的奈良年代,商人把寿司由中国传入日本。直至1700年,即江户年间,寿司才在日本广泛流传。
“Sushi” is a kind of “corned food”, which means corned by salt, vinegar, rice and fish. In 200 AD, during the later Han Dynasty, Chinese people began to eat sushi. In 700 AD, during the Nara era of Japan, businessmen brought sushi from China to Japan. Until Edo era in 1700, sushi was popular among Japanese.
