　　作为首届中国国际广播影视博览会三大中心活动（主题报告会，设备展，节目展）之一。主题报告会将由系列活动组成：

　　(1) 国家广电总局有关领导做主题报告；

　　(2) 总裁论坛。邀请国内外知名公司的高层人士及相关学者对广播影视技术的发展趋势及产业化发表演讲；

　　(3) 评选年度'优秀新产品' 。主办单位将组织专家评审团对各企业提交并参加现场演示的最新技术产品进行评比，评出2003年度中国广播影视行业'十大优秀新产品'；

　　(4) 对话节目。邀请参与企业高层人士作为嘉宾做客中央电视台广博会对话特别节目，主题为：'数字时代的视听新生活'。

　　As one of three major activities (conference, equipment exhibition, and program exhibition) at the First World Media Expo, Conference is made up of the following:

　　1. Related leaders of SARFT give the theme speech.

　　2. Forum of presidents. High-level talents of famous domestic and international companies and related scholars are invited give speeches on development trend and industrialization of broadcast, film and television technologies.

　　3. Select and award Premium New Product of the Year. The sponsor shall organize an expert panel to appraise the latest technological product submitted by each enterprise for live demo, and select Ten Premium New Products of 2003 in Chinese broadcast, film and television industry.

　　4. Dialogue. Corporate high-level talents are invited to be guests on the CCTV dialogue program on the World Media Expo, the topic of which is 'New Audio-Visual Life in Digital Era'.
